We offer pre-order on all wigs to give our customers access to exclusive, custom, and high-demand wigs before they become available for immediate shipment. Please read our pre-order policy carefully before placing your order.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is in stock. By placing a pre-order, you reserve your wig or hair product from an upcoming inventory shipment or custom production run.

Processing & Production Times:

• Most pre-order items ship within 4 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

• Custom-colored, customized, or made-to-order wigs may require additional processing times.

Payment:

• Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed.

• Orders will not begin processing until payment is successfully received.

• Pre-orders secure your spot in the production queue and inventory allocation.

Shipping:

• Once your pre-order is completed and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.

Delays:

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays can occur due to:

• Manufacturer or supplier delays

• Shipping carrier disruptions

• Custom processing

• Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay affecting their order.
